Delegate Fees

Fees are per delegate for the full three days. A registration is confirmed only after the finance team verifies your payment receipt.

Step 2 — Register
Registration form
One form for individual delegates and institutional delegations. After you submit, your registration sits at Pending Approval until the finance team verifies your receipt — you will then receive your committee and country assignment by email.

Frequently asked questions
I'm from outside Lahore — where do I stay?
Outstation delegates can opt into supervised accommodation (2 nights, Rs 8,000) during registration. Boarding is single-gender, chaperoned by faculty, includes breakfast, and daily transport to and from the venue. Delegates may of course arrange their own stay — several guest houses near LGS Township Campus are listed in the delegate handbook sent on approval.
How do committee and country allocations work?
Once the finance team verifies your payment, the academics team assigns you a committee and country based on your three preferences, your experience, and the order in which verified registrations arrive. Your allocation is emailed with your approval — earlier registration genuinely means better allocations.
What should I know about Lahore's weather in September?
September in Lahore is warm — days around 33–36°C with late-monsoon humidity and the occasional shower. Committee rooms are air-conditioned, but plan light formal layers and carry water between sessions. Evenings are pleasant for the socials.
What is the dress code?
Western formal or national formal dress for committee sessions all three days. The delegate dinner is smart casual. Sneakers with a suit will be noticed — by the dais and by the photographers.
How does transport work during the conference?
Delegates staying in conference accommodation get shuttle transport to and from the venue each day. Day scholars arrange their own travel; the venue has secure parking and a designated drop-off loop off College Road.
Can I get a refund if my plans change?
Full refunds are available until the registration deadline (4 September 2026). After the deadline, fees are non-refundable because allocations and catering are locked — but you may transfer your registration to another delegate from your institution by emailing the secretariat.
My payment was declined by the finance team — what now?
You'll receive an email explaining the issue (most commonly an unreadable screenshot or a mismatched amount). Reply with a corrected receipt and your registration moves back into the verification queue — your original registration ID stays valid.
