The PNA is our home-grown chamber — parliamentary procedure, party whips, walkouts and all. Debate flows bilingually in English and Urdu, and points of order land with the force of a by-election.
Members must untangle circular debt, renegotiate IPP contracts, and decide whether Pakistan's energy future is solar, hydel or imported — while keeping their constituencies, coalitions and the IMF onside.
