DISEC is the General Assembly's First Committee, where every member state has a voice and coalitions are built one signature at a time. It rewards delegates who can move a room, not just a resolution.

This year the committee confronts the quiet militarisation of orbit — ASAT tests that scatter debris fields, dual-use constellations, and the erosion of the Outer Space Treaty. Delegates will draft the rules of engagement for a domain that has none.
